We have civil and mechanical engineers using CAD & Solidworks and close relationships with industry professionals with years of telecom concealment experience.
TNH is one of only a few CROWN CASTLE APPROVED VENTED CANISTER fabricators and the only fabricator with working crews building telecom sites. With 100’s of successful hands-on canister installs; our level of knowledge far exceeds that of a specialized steel and/or canister fabricator. TNH has a well thought through, top-down / bottom-up approach to design, fabrication, and fast delivery of our vented canisters. TNH offers simplified design for easy installation with fast delivery at a fair price.

Most "standard size" non-stock radomes can be fabricated and ready to ship within two weeks. Custom nonstandard sizes available in 1” increments if necessary, i.e., 2’-2”, 2’-3”, 2’-4”, etc. If a custom radome size is necessary, please order the next larger size (Height & Width) and “ADD A NOTE” in the Checkout screen with the exact radome size needed.
Radome Disclaimer: Custom molded FRP radome is fabricated from chopped fiberglass reinforced fire-retardant polyester hetron resin with smooth paint-ready exterior. All custom and molded FRP surfaces exposed to sunlight must be painted to protect from weathering and UV degradation.
Our standard U-Bolt connection location is 1 ½” down from top of radome and 12” up from the bottom. (If a different location is necessary, please email top & bottom connection location when ordering.)
All FRP connection brackets to radome will be made with a minimum of (3) layers of chopped strand fiberglass overlay to all adjacent edges of radome.
TNH Development, LLC is not responsible for analyzing radome or load carrying capacity of mast or existing structures.

STRONGWELL EXTREN® SERIES 525 Premium Polyester Resin, UV inhibitor added, Flame retardant additives
Standard Color: Slate Gray. A general-purpose resin with excellent corrosion properties and improved fire performance. EXTREN® shapes and plate can be identified by the EXTREN® logo embedded in the surfacing veil. All EXTREN® products meet or exceed the minimum published mechanical, physical, electrical, flammability, and corrosive properties of the 525 Series published in the Strongwell Design Manual. All Strongwell EXTREN® manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 quality certified. This ensures the highest quality standards for producing EXTREN® structural shapes in a world class facility.
Features:
STRONGWELL EXTREN® is manufactured by the pultrusion process. In its simplest terms, pultrusion is the process of pulling fiberglass (or other) reinforcements through a “bath” of thermosetting resin and into a heated forming-and-curing die to produce composite structural shapes. Reinforcement placement, resin formulation, catalyst levels, die temperature and pull speed are critical process parameters. Strongwell is one of the pioneers of the pultrusion process with more than 60 pultrusion machines in three plant locations across the United States.
TPU 40% Long Glass-Filled Grey (ISOPLAST®) Fiberglass studs and nuts are ideal for applications requiring mechanical fasteners that must be non-corrosive, low in conductivity and/or transparent to electromagnetic waves. TPU (Isoplast®) Originally developed for medical use, TPU is available in long glass fiber-filled grades. TPU combines the toughness and dimensional stability of amorphous resins with the chemical resistance of crystalline materials. The long fiber reinforced grades are strong enough to replace some metals in load bearing applications. TPU is also sea water and UV resistant, making it ideal for underwater applications. Grades: 40% long glass-filled, 30% short glass-filled, 60% long glass-filled.
Selling small quantities of FRP is more of a convenience to our customers in the industry. We’re not setup to provide quotes under $5,000.00.
